We can assist you in furnishing your property - we can arrange “furniture packs” which will include all the basics you need or we can take you to hand pick everything you require.  We work with a wide variety of furniture shops so there is a very wide choice of goods and unlike in the UK most goods can be delivered and installed within 24 hours!

SATELLITE AND SKY TELEVISION /PHONE CONNECTION/INTERNETCONNECTION

 We can arrange for all of these services to be installed quickly and efficiently.  Please contact our office with your requirements. 

INSURANCE

We can assist you in arranging all your insurance requirements - from home and contents to health insurance if required - simply contact us and tell us what you need.  Again we work with a wide selection of insurance companies so the choice of policy and price will suit your needs whatever they are.

 PROPERTY INSPECTIONS/SECURITY CHECKS

 If you are looking for someone to keep a regular eye on your property while your away then on each site visit we can verify the integrity of your property inside and out which includes: Checking doors, windows and shutters & alarms Making sure outbuildings, sheds etc are all secure and damage free. Emptying mail boxes and forwarding on or dealing with post. Checking both gutters and down  pipes for any damage or blockages. Interior: Checking for leaks or anything untoward.

 WINTER CARE

 During the winter, in your absence, a multitude of things could happen. Storms and bad weather during the winter season mean that a winter care service for your holiday rental property is essential. Keeping an eye on your property, both inside and out, looking after details such as water supply and pipes to heating during your absence. Should running repairs be required we will complete the work needed on your behalf. All kind of insurance assistance available.

 CAR HIRE

 Should you wish to hire a car for all  or part of your stay in Turkey we can arrange this for you.  Simply tell us what you want and when you want it and we will arrange for the vehicle to be brought to your property and collected from there once you have finished with it.  Simply call us or email us with your requirements.

 WELCOME PACKS

Welcome packs can be ordered any time prior to your departure for Turkey.

Please send your request to info@yignitehomes.com and we will arrange for your shopping to be waiting for you at your accommodation.  This is a great idea - especially if you are arriving at your property during the night - which is often the case with the flights coming into Bodrum and Izmir airports.

 Bronze Package

Cost 10.00 and will include –
Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Water, Milk, Fruit Juice a bottle of Coke or Fanta and one toilet roll in each bathroom

Silver package
Cost 15.00 and will include -
Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Water, Milk, Fruit Juice, bottle of Coke or Fanta, ½ dozen eggs, Bread, butter, 1 Pack of cereal (your choice), washing up liquid one toilet roll in each bathroom.

 Gold Package

Cost 20.00 and will include –
Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Water, Milk, bottle of Coke and Fanta, ½ dozen eggs, Bread, Butter, 1 Pack of cereal (your choice), packet of biscuits, Washing Up Liquid, Fresh Fruit, Cheese, Jam, Tomatoes, Cucumber and of course…. One toilet roll in each bathroom.
